Handong Li received the B.S. from Dalian Jiaotong University, Dalian, China, in 2013, and the M.S. and the Ph.D. degree from the from the Newcastle University, Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK, in 2017, and 2022, respectively, all in electrical and electronic engineering. He is currently a research associate in mathematics, physics and electrical engineering, Northumbria university, Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. His main research interests include image processing, vehicle-to-vehicle communication, vehicle platoon system, renewable energy, and power electronic converters.
