Joe Cowlyn was a Master student in electrical engineering (2015-2016) and worked on a industiral collaborative project of “Wireless Sensor Networks for In situ Energy Efficiency Monitoring” supervised by Dr. Xuewu (Daniel) Dai. He did his PhD study at the department of computer informantion system, Northumbria University on “Spatial Embodied Augmented Reality: Design of AR For Spatial Productivity Applications”, supervised by Dr. N.
